    The blouse i received was faulty

    The blouse i received was faulty..it was freying at the collar..I sent 2 emails and rang x1 to explain this ..upon ringing the girl said she would send me a returns label but it never arrived ..I have returned the blouse at a cost of $43nz ..this fault on the blouse was nothing to do with me so I would like a refund of my money please and the fact that I had contacted and talked to your staff and not 1 word from anyone no communication..im very disappointed with this and am reluctant to buy anything else from you ..even as much as I love your clothes ..Wendy
