How much will shipping cost?

All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Express Post and the charge is $9.95 AUD.
All international orders are shipped with tracking at a charge of $25.00 AUD.

How long will it take to ship and receive my order?

All online orders are processed and shipped by Express Post daily Monday-Friday,if your order is placed before 11am it will be shipped the same day, however please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods.

Domestic: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 1-2 days depending on which state you live in (we ship from The Blue Mountains, NSW)

International: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 7-14 days depending on which country you reside in and what their customs procedure is.

How will my order be packaged?

Whether you are shopping for yourself or a loved one, we want each and every order to feel like a special gift!

We lovingly pack your order in our beautiful and bespoke silk sari bags.

If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent straight to the recipient please leave us a note in checkout with your personal message. We will include a little gift card in the parcel and make sure all prices are removed.

Can I pick up an online order in store?

Yes of course! If you are a local, or driving through The Blue Mountains, please write a note in your order stating your intention to pick up in store and which day. We will then refund your shipping for you.

Can I return an online order in store?

You certainly can, as long as your return complies with our normal returns policy.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option that we offer on all of our Australian orders. For more information please view our Afterpay info page.

How can I track my item?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

Yes, all International orders are responsible for customs and duties.

What currency is used online?

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Do you offer Returns?

Yes we offer returns on all garments except for final clearance prices (please see our returns policy here)

Do you offer Exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like another piece, we recommend you purchase the item to secure it and we will process a refund or store credit on the returned item.

What do I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

First off, we’re so sorry! Occasionally we, or the people making your garments can make a mistake. If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item please contact us via email at info@bellaboheme.com.au or call the store on 0247516821 so we can fix this for you ASAP.

How can I use a Bella Boheme Gift Voucher/Promo Code?

Gift Vouchers and Promo Codes may be entered in the checkout.
Simply type in your code and click “apply" and your discount will be automatically applied to your order.

I need help with the sizing of a product. Do you have a Size Guide?

Yes, we have a Size Guide! You may review it here.

Please be aware that our Size Guide is intended as a guide only. It will give you a better idea of what size you might be with our clothing. If you would like specific sizing information for a product you can email us and one of our team can measure the garment you're interested in and get back to you with exact sizing. Please be mindful that responsibility for your own measurements remains with you. You may wish to measure existing items of clothing in your wardrobe that fit you well and check these against our Size Guide before making your purchase.

Rest assured that if your purchase doesn't fit you perfectly or you're not 100% happy with it you are welcome to return it to us as long as it meets our return guidelines.

Where is your store?

We’re nestled into the Blue Mountains, on the main street of Springwood (198 Macquarie Road, Springwood, NSW, 2777). Next time you’re planning a trip to Sydney, The Blue Mountains is only 1-2 hours depending on where you’re travelling from and to). Come and say hi!

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes! You do not need to have a Paypal or Afterpay account- Paypal is simply our payment gateway. Proceed as normal through checkout to complete your order. It will prompt you for your credit card details. If you are having any issues please call us on 0247516821. We are always happy to help.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Unfortunately you can only input one discount code at a time.
