Cocoa Cardigan

Another beautiful piece from Belle Bohème! This Cardigan is so comfortable and easy to wear, and the colour is absolutely stunning. The quality is beautiful, and it pairs effortlessly with so many outfits. I’m always impressed with my purchases, and the customer service is fantastic too. I couldn’t be happier!

recently purchased a cardigan from Bella Boheme and unfortunately my experience with the garment itself was disappointing, although the customer service was excellent.

When the cardigan first arrived, it was still sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging and had a fault in the hemming. I contacted Caroline, who was incredibly helpful and promptly provided a return label. The faulty cardigan was returned the same day, and a replacement was shipped out immediately, which I greatly appreciated.

However, when I went to wear the replacement cardigan the following day, I noticed that the stitching on the left sleeve appeared to be coming undone. I chose not to contact the store again as it wasn’t a major issue for me, but it was disappointing to find a second quality defect.

While I cannot fault the customer service and the way the issue was handled, I do feel the quality of the cardigan does not reflect its price point. Bella Boheme’s customer care was outstanding, but I hope greater attention is given to quality control in the future. I still do recommend the store itself, just not the cardigan.

Beautiful!! I love this cardigan. I tried it on with the few different jeans, pants, etc. so cute. Can’t wait to wear it. Highly recommend.

The sweater is ok , definitely not a $200 sweater ! Customer service is bad , I asked for a price adjustment a week after because it went on sale and they said no which I think is bad customer service !!! I will never order from them again .

Everything was so cute! However, I’m going to have to figure out how to get a replacement for one of my knit weaters. I wore it once and a massive hole formed in one of the sleeves already. The cardigans are soo cute and cozy though!
