Bella Bonanza Terms & Conditions

Our Bella Bonanza Sale is an exciting and hectic time for our team, so if you don’t hear back from us, don’t stress! We’re hustling around the clock to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! In the meantime here are some FAQ’s that may be of help.

1) Can I change or add items to my order? No unfortunately once your order is placed we cannot make any changes.

2) What if I put the wrong address on my order? If you need to update your address you can do this via your Australia post shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched.

3) Can I return my items that I purchased during the Bella Bonanza Sale?  Sale items which have been reduced in price cannot be refunded. This includes items purchased with a discount code. Sale items are only eligible for return via store credit within 14 days of receipt. You will be required to cover the return postage costs.
Final Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return. Please view our Returns Policy for more information.

4) Can I exchange my items purchased during the Bella Bonanza Sale? No unfortunately our inventory system is not set up to offer exchanges.

5) When will my store pick-up order be ready? Please wait for your “ready for pick up” email, as all orders are packed at our warehouse there may be a few days delay in transferring them to our Springwood store.

6) I'm unsure about sizing! What size should I get? We provide accurate measurements on each product page - *Please Note - these measurements are taken as a flat lay garment measurement (not on a body) you need to double the measurement for full circumference for waist and bust etc and also allow for fabric drape and stretch.

7) When will my order be shipped? Please note we have extra staff to pack up your orders and we will be working around the clock to ship them to you as quickly as possible - we do ask that you allow up to 10-12 business days for your goods to be dispatched from our warehouse. *Please Note selecting express shipping does not guarantee that your order will be dispatched faster it means that once it is dispatched you will receive within 2-3 business days.

8) When will my email enquiry be answered? Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your enquiry to be answered.

9) Will your store be open during the sale? Our store will be closed on Monday 22nd June and will reopen on Tuesday 23rd June (11am-3pm). Our store will then continue trading from Wednesday 24th - Monday 29th June between the hours of 10am-3pm (weekend included). Our store will resume normal shopping hours from Tuesday 30th June, onwards.

10) Can I get the price difference refunded if an item is now cheaper than when I bought it? Sale prices can change throughout the event and may vary by style or colour. Prices are only valid at the time of purchase, so we’re not able to refund any price differences before, during or after the sale.

11) How will my order get packed? Our priority in the Bella Bonanza Sale is getting your orders out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have extra staff working around the clock to dispatch orders. PLEASE NOTE all orders placed in the Bella Bonanza sale will not be sent in our usual Silk Sari Packaging. Rest assured once Sale is over we will be back to our normal programming and packaging.

12) How can I get my free GWP? You will receive a FREE Isla Necklace & Bracelet Set (valued at $99) in your order when you spend $200 or more during our Bella Bonanza Sale. Once you have added a minimum of $200 products to cart, you will have the option to choose between 3 colourways; Jade, Turquoise or Rust. These colourways can not later be exchanged once your order has been finalised.
