1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is Bella Boheme located at 198 Macquarie Rd, Springwood, New South Wales 2777.

3. This competition is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Must be 18+ to enter.

4. The competition commences on 19th October 2026 at 9am AEDT and concludes on 15th November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.

5. The prize draw will take place at Bella Boheme on Monday 16th November 2026.

6. Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period, using a computerised random selection generator. Each winner will receive one (1) prize package valued at AUD $5,000, with a total prize pool valued at AUD $10,000.

7. Two (2) winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the prize draw. Each winner will be entitled to nominate one (1) guest to accompany them on their getaway. Each winner and their nominated guest will receive a $1,000 Bella Boheme shopping voucher (AUD), along with the accommodation, dining, spa experience and travel inclusions outlined in Clause 10.

8. Winners must claim their prize by 6:00pm AEDT on 1st January 2027 by responding to the Promoter's notification email. If a winner fails to claim their prize by this deadline, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Any replacement winner will be notified via email and provided with a new claim deadline. If a replacement winner fails to claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

9. There are two (2) prize packages to be won, each valued at AUD $5,000, with a total prize pool valued at AUD $10,000. Each winner and their nominated guest will receive the following:
- Bella Boheme Shopping Spree: One (1) AUD $1,000 Bella Boheme shopping voucher per person, with a combined value of AUD $2,000 per prize package, redeemable at either the Springwood or Freshwater boutique.
- Luxury Accommodation: A two-night stay for two (2) people at the winner's choice of Ardour Lilianfels in the Blue Mountains or Elysium Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
- Spa Experience: A bespoke spa experience for both guests, including a rejuvenating massage and facial.
- Dining Experience: Dinner for two (2) people during their stay.
- Travel: Return economy flights for the winner and their nominated guest from an eligible departure airport in Australia or New Zealand to Sydney Airport, including return transfers between Sydney Airport and their selected accommodation.
All travel, accommodation and experiences will be arranged by the Promoter, subject to availability and the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

10. Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize package will be the responsibility of the winner and their nominated guest. This includes, but is not limited to, additional nights of accommodation, meals and beverages outside the included dining experience, personal purchases, hotel incidentals, optional activities, additional transport (including taxis and Uber trips outside the included airport transfers), travel insurance and any upgrades or additional services requested by the winner or their guest.

11. The prize must be redeemed for travel between 1st February and 30th April 2027, during off-peak periods and subject to availability. Travel and accommodation dates must be mutually agreed upon by the winner and the Promoter, with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the intended stay. All flights and accommodation will be arranged by the Promoter, taking into consideration the winner's location, preferred travel dates, availability and the total prize package value of AUD $5,000. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the final travel arrangements, acting reasonably and in consultation with the winner. Any upgrades, additional services or changes requested by the winner or their nominated guest will be at their own expense.

12. Each winner and their nominated guest will share one hotel room for the duration of their two-night stay. Twin-share accommodation (two separate beds) will be arranged, subject to availability and the selected hotel's room configurations.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence, and may request supporting documentation where reasonably necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, tampers with the entry process, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, prize notifications or other correspondence that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by an entrant, technical errors, or circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

15. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.bellaboheme.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.

17. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. If any component of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that component with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals. Any prize substitution will not reduce the overall advertised value of the prize package.

18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.

19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
