Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is Bella Boheme located at 198 Macquarie Rd, Springwood, New South Wales 2777.

3. This competition is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Must be 18+ to enter.

4. The competition commences on 25th May 2026 at 9am AEST and concludes on 14th June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.

5. The judging will take place at Bella Boheme.

6. The winner will be selected at random using an automatic generator.

7. One lucky winner will be notified via the email they provided. They will then select a person of choice to join them (this person will share the accommodation + receive their own $1000 Bella Boheme shopping spree).

8. If the prize is not claimed by 1st July 2026, 6pm AEST, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner on 2nd July 2026 at the same location as the original judging as is necessary to distribute the prize.

9. If the redrawn prize is not claimed by final day of the month, the prize will be forfeited.

10. The winner and their person of choice will both receive a $1,000 Bella Boheme shopping spree (total value of $2,000). They will receive a two night stay at the luxury Fairmont Resort in the Blue Mountains. We will treat both winners to a bespoke spa experience (including rejuvenating massage & facial) + dinner. Bella Boheme will cover the cost of return economy flights from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to the Sydney Airport (including transport from the airport to the Fairmont Resort). 

11. Any additional services or nights of accommodation will be organised and paid for by the winner (including uber transportation, if the winners decide to leave the hotel during their stay).

12. The prize can be claimed between the months of September to November 2026 in off-peak periods only. The dates for air travel & accomodation must be selected and negotiated between the winner & Bella Boheme by the 1st August (with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to their stay). An airline and travel time will be selected in negotiation with the winners, based on availability, their location and what is available within the total prize pool of $5000. Bella Boheme will have the final say on the flights that are selected, and if the winner(s) wish to upgrade, or purchase any additional in-flight services, they must pay the difference.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.

16. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.bellaboheme.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.

17. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.

18. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to ensure any products.

19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.

20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
