Mother Knows Best
There are so many things our Mother's give to us over the years; memories, laughs, shoulders to cry on... Maybe mum gave you your wavy hair, your favourite recipe or that one warm jumper that you'll never stop wearing every Winter (even though it has a hole or two in it now).
Mother's give us so much, but today we're sharing one of our favourite things that they share with us through the years; their advice! Whether it's someone who raised you, or any mother you have been lucky to have in your life, today we're celebrating their words of wisdom and sharing them with you, Bellas.
See what these beautiful mummas had to say when we asked them:
What's the best advice you've ever received from Mum?
My mum has always taught me to be true to who I am. I have never had an issue with being able to be exactly who I am. She also taught me to not listen to what people say and that people may judge or say things but I am a beautiful, intelligent person.

The best advice my mumma has passed down from my beautiful grandma is “Don’t change your life around your child, let them fit into your lifestyle”. We have followed this advice since having our baby boy Harvey and have continued enjoying little weekends away, dining out, and socialising with family and friends like we always have. He has certainly filled our lives and hearts with so much love and is the perfect addition to our family.

Mothers are superheroes and my mother is no exception. Since I became a mother also, our relationship has grown in a whole new way & created a whole new bond that I couldn’t be more grateful for. I have such a deeper appreciation for her & all she’s done for my siblings and myself.

I feel that I try to embrace what my parents always told and still tell me ‘enjoy the journey’. They always motivated me to live each day like it’s my last & pre- kids I really did try and live in every moment, was spontaneous, travelled lots, studied and finished my degrees. I really feel that I utilised every opportunity and made so many amazing memories.

We don't know about you but these words definitely brought a tear or two to our eyes (in the best way possible).
We'd love for you to share your best Mum advice in the comments below so we can all celebrate their incredible words of wisdom together!
