Our Boxing Day Clearance sale is an exciting and hectic time for our team, so if you don’t hear back from us, don’t stress! We’re hustling around the clock to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! In the meantime here are some FAQ’s that may be of help.
You have a 30-minute window to make changes to your order once it has been placed. These changes must be submitted online via your account. Please click the ‘View or Edit My Order’ button in your Order Confirmation email for details on how to do this.
Unfortunately, our team cannot make changes to your order manually. With the volume of orders received it is logistically impossible!
You have two options:
- If you’ve realised within 30 minutes of placing your order, please click the ‘Edit or View Your Order’ button noted in your Order Confirmation email. You will be able to change your address there.
- Once you receive your shipment/tracking notice from Australia Post, there will be a link containing your tracking number. Click this link and follow the steps to update your address.

Yes! You can absolutely select to pick up your order in our Springwood Store
Our store will be closed between 25 December and 2 Jan, reopening on 3 Jan. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up after we reopen.
We provide accurate measurements on each product page. *Please Note - these measurements are taken as a flat lay garment measurement (not on a body) you need to double the measurement for full circumference for waist and bust etc and also allow for fabric drape and stretch.
We ask that you allow up to 14 business days for your goods to be dispatched from our warehouse. *Please Note selecting express shipping does not guarantee that your order will be dispatched faster it means that once it is dispatched you will receive within 2-3 business days.
No, our Boxing Day Clearance is an online only sale. Our team will be working around the clock to pack up your orders as quickly as possible! You are welcome to select store pick up if you are local and would prefer not to pay for postage.
Sale prices can change throughout the event and may vary by style or colour. Prices are only valid at the time of purchase, so we’re not able to refund any price differences before, during or after the sale.
Our priority in the Boxing Day Clearance sale is getting your orders out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have extra staff working around the clock to dispatch orders. PLEASE NOTE all orders placed during this clearance sale will not be sent in our usual Silk Sari Packaging. Rest assured once Sale is over, we will be back to our normal programming and packaging.
